Terms and Conditions: fundamentals
1. Introduction
Welcome to Travel Expedition. These terms and conditions govern the use of our tourism and travel services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Travel Expedition offers tour packages, excursions, and travel experiences in various cities and towns in Colombia and around the world. All our services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to confirmation.
A down payment of 50% of the total value is required to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the travel date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified on our platform.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance: 80% refund of the payment made.
Cancellations between 6 and 3 days before the trip: 50% refund of the payment made.
Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: no refund.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions), rescheduling of the service or a partial refund will be offered.
5. User Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information at the time of booking.
The user must comply with the safety and coexistence rules established by Travel Expedition and third-party providers.
In case of inappropriate or dangerous behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the service without the right to a refund.
6. Travel Expedition's Responsibility
We are committed to providing quality services and adhering to scheduled itineraries, except for unforeseen events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for accidents, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by third parties.
7. Modifications and Changes
Travel Expedition reserves the right to modify itineraries, dates, or travel conditions for operational or safety reasons. In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified in advance.
8. Data Protection
All personal information provided by users will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without authorization.
9. Applicable Legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the country.
